Me! Former yo-yo dieter and binge eater turned balanced food lover and mindset coach. My frustrations, compulsive eating and my chronic diseases led to finding my own solution to finally conquer my cravings.

Focusing on the food and calories didn’t work, focusing on my mindset and working on the root cause of my food cravings did. I discovered that my obsession with food and weight loss came  because I thought I wasn’t good enough. As a coach I now help women like you to love food, yourself and your body again.
