When I got out of my restrictive dieting cycle, I feared ever being hungry again. So then I stuffed myself with food in case I would get hungry later, even when I wasn’t hungry. Or I would fear overeating later so I ate just in case. Are you fearing being hungry? Today I will teach you the reasons for this fear and strategies to get over it and manage it.
