042: The tool to define your true hunger

“It’s not that I can’t eat that, it is my choice to not eat that because it just isn’t worth it to me”

Do you find it hard to decide how hungry you really are and if you’r even truly hungry? This is the tool I used to get started with intuitive eating, really listening to my body and healing my relationship with her so that I could ditch my diet rules, restrictions and way of thinking.

It gave me my first steps after a life of yo-yo dieting, restricting myself because I couldn’t eat more than a certain amount of calories. A life where I numbed myself with eating when I wasn’t hungry because I let my ‘hunger’ rule by the thoughts I had, my emotions and the habits that didn’t serve me anymore. This helped me to start healing my relationship with food. Healing and changing isn’t meant to be easy. You’re going to experience resistance. Breaking through this is what is going to transfrom you!
