026: How to be okay when you’re not okay

It’s okay to not be okay <3. It is okay to feel down and not be happy all the time. But when you stay stuck in feeling down and you want to get out, but you don’t see how, then this episode is for you. Big hug!

During the time of Covid and being forced to stay home can be a great thing to relax, and focus on you. On the other hand, if you are usually outdoors and the way you relax and have fun is out of the house, then it can be tricky to feel okay. Or maybe you are dealing with some other difficult things and you just feel down. Know that it is okay to not feel okay and feel down for a day, couple of days or even for a while. Also know that I am here to help you when you feel ready to get out of your funk but you don’t know how.
