Do you like to be in control and do things need to go your way and if they don’t it’ll freak you out? Then you’re probably a control freak. This can literally control your life in a negative way. Today I tell you about the 7 steps you can take to control your inner control freak.
If you are sticking to a certain routine that is predictabe and you get stressed and anxcious when things don’t go the way you expect or want, then you might be a control freak. It is very relatable to perfectionism and even though your need of wanting and being in control of things can come in handy, when it is taking up a lot of headspace and ruining relationships, it does more harm than good for you. How can you deal with this better then? I am going to talk about what it is like to be a control freak and share 7 steps to take better care of that control freak within you.
