002: How to deal with overwhelm?

Do things sometimes feel a bit much? Up to the point where normal, small things really upset you? This is how you can deal with overwhelm.

In this episode I am going to share my tips to overcome overwhelm. How can you recognize overwhelm and what can you do to change your mindset when you do notice that everything is a bit much for you?
