These chocolate truffles are a.ma.zing! I love the sound and taste of crackling chocolate. Because not only is it the best thing in the whole wide world, it is also a happy memory from childhood when you got those Kinder Suprise with a present in it. And even though this truffle doesn’t have an actual present in it, it is pretty close to be honest. Because the vegan white chocolate filling that is in the truffle, is so creamy and tasty that you will be surprised. And probably want to have more truffles too. I guess that is the biggest challenge of all: to keep it with just one. Definitely a challenge that I won’t accept ;).
These truffles are easypeasy to make, just how we like it! With just a few ingredients on the list, and pretty much 2 steps, it is a no brainer whether or not you have to make these truffles. It is a hell yes! Let’s begin! Grab a bowl and scoop the cashew butter and coconut cream in there. Also add the maple syrup and cinnamon in there. Stir at around so that everything mixes. You can add some coconut milk or almond milk to make it mix a bit better.
The mixture might be a bit sticky to actually roll into a ball, but that is fine. The easiest way to do so is by making your hands wet and then grab a bit of the mixture and form it into a ball. Put all the balls onto a plate and when you are done, place the plate into the freezer and leave the truffles there to sit for about 20 minutes. In the meantime you can melt the chocolate au bain marie. Get the truffles out of the freezer and dip each truffle into the melted chocolate on every side. Put the chocolate truffles back on the plate and put the plate into the fridge to set. Eat them whenever the chocolate is set, but make sure you keep them in the fridge when you are not eating them.
